1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and peryagame ("peryagame," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the peryagame website located at peryagame.one and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use peryagame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine gambling regulations. peryagame strictly enforces this age restriction and will terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play, or otherwise be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by peryagame or any regulatory authority.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of peryagame or any of its affiliated game providers.

peryagame reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID).

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of peryagame, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) active peryagame account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. peryagame will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Verification (KYC): peryagame may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Non-Transferability: Your peryagame account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. peryagame accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. peryagame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method. peryagame is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Currency. All transactions on peryagame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). peryagame does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. peryagame reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

peryagame offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in Philippine Peso and are non-transferable.
• peryagame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion.
• peryagame's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on peryagame are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay rules apply to all games on the peryagame platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in regulated studios.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's standard rules. peryagame is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• If a game malfunctions or produces an error, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. peryagame's determination of a malfunction is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• peryagame reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it reasonably believes was placed or obtained in violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the peryagame platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to peryagame immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's operation or other players' experience.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any peryagame software.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the peryagame Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of peryagame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of peryagame.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

peryagame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

peryagame implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and peryagame cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peryagame's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your peryagame account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

peryagame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if peryagame has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

peryagame does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond peryagame's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

11. Responsible Gaming

peryagame is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to be notified when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

12. Termination and Suspension

peryagame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined in Section 4.4.

Upon termination for cause, peryagame reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any real-money balances associated with prohibited conduct. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to peryagame's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

14. Amendments to These Terms

peryagame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, peryagame will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
